Mixed Doubles – Queens 18&Over GOVERNING RULES USTA Adult leagues are divided into layers of organization: National, Sectional (Eastern), Regional (Metro), District (Queens), and then Divisions. Three levels of rules apply: The USTA League Tennis Regulations (National), the USTA Eastern rules (Section), and the Local Rules (Region). In addition, the USTA Code of Conduct applies.
I'm only really familiar with Mixed Doubles in Word Team Tennis format. It's typically a crucial part of the USTA's Tennis on Campus tournament format. But, one of the key rules for Mixed is that at deuce, it's cis-gendered serving. Men serve to men, women serve to women. This is, however, due to no-ad scoring in WTT format.
(A) The Mixed Doubles League shall be divided into the following THREE DIVISIONS: (i)Mixed Doubles Division I - Players are limited to those graded at Men’s A and B and Ladies’ A+ at the time of team entry deadline. (ii)Mixed Doubles Division II - Players are limited to those graded at Men’s C and Ladies’ A at the time of team
Rules. MIXED DOUBLES RULES . Matches will be at 7pm on Friday evenings. Matches should start promptly. If a player is more than 15 minutes late, the team must forfeit that position. Home team will provide balls and refreshments. All matches will be 2 of 3 sets with a 7 point tiebreaker (first to 7 points by 2) in any set at 6–6.

Rule 2.13.05 states that... "In doubles, at each change of service the previous receiver shall become the server and the partner of the previous server shall become the receiver". This means that to abide by the table tennis doubles rules, you must follow the correct sequence throughout each game.
Teams must sign up for the tournament and both partners who sign up together must be committed to play together for both weeks. You may sign up with your regular partner, or with a sub who must be approved by the convener prior to the tournament. Two subs cannot play together in the season end house league tournament.
Mixed: The USTA League mixed doubles program allows men and women of different NTRP levels to play together, encouraging participants to play with their friends, family, and co-workers. Mixed is also divided by age group. Tri-Level: Play doubles with friends on a team with three NTRP levels. Each match consists of three doubles matches, one at each level (e.g. 4.5 doubles, 4.0 doubles, 3.5 doubles).
